Mia and her film crew are shooting a documentary about Alzheimer’s disease. Its central subject is Deborah Logan, cared for by her daughter, Sarah. In exchange for sharing her story on camera, the women are promised payment, which would allow them to save their debt-ridden home. While the crew documents the progression of the disease, what Mrs. Logan says and does becomes increasingly terrifying.
