In his first venture into fiction film, Dave Nath directs a drama about a CCTV operator, Carl, who goes rogue. This thriller documents Carl's frustrations with the police when they ignore a gang of drug dealers. Fed up with their lack of intervention, Carl decides to take the law into his own hands. "Watchman" is a commentary on surveillance, crime and the helplessness of silent witnesses.
