Top Chef Canada

Eden Grinshpan and Mark McEwan welcome eleven promising chefs as they prepare to compete for the title of Canada's Top Chef. The QuickFire Challenge will determine one chef's destiny while the Elimination Challenge has them revisiting a family classic.

In the QuickFire Challenge, the chefs take on the most important meal of the day as they serve the ultimate breakfast in bed. Then, the competitors take their cooking to new heights by reimagining their ideal in-flight meal as hors d'oeuvres.

For the first time in Top Chef Canada history, the Restaurant Wars completely takes over! In round one, the chefs test their finesse with a head-to-head culinary challenge, while in round two the competitors create their ultimate restaurant concept.

In the QuickFire Challenge, the chefs work to combine two unlikely ingredients -- seafood and cheese. Then in the Elimination Challenge, the competitors take inspiration from the land of forests and fjords to create a Nordic feast.

In cooperation with the Boys and Girls Club of Canada, the chefs must transform a hated ingredient with a dish that any kid would love. Then, it's a food hall takeover as teams of two translate a restaurant concept into a fast-casual dining experience.

The competitors work in teams of two to create a progressive tasting menu that highlights a single ingredient. Then in the Elimination Challenge, the chefs harness their wild side to combine a luxury ingredient with a carnival classic at a theme park.

In a heart-warming QuickFire Challenge, the chefs are reunited with a loved one to create a dish that reminds them of home. Then, the competitors battle it out for a spot in the finale by creating a dish that pairs with one of four Mill Street Beers.

The final four chefs go head-to-head as they fight for the title of Canada's Top Chef. In their last Elimination Challenge, the competitors visit the Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa to complete their course-by-course battle.
