Ju-kyung gets bullied at school because of her appearance. On one tough day, she goes up to the rooftop and encounters a man in a black hoodie. Because of her father who lost money by fraud, Ju-kyung happens to move out, moving to another school.

Su-ho bumps into Ju-kyung in her bare face and immediately notices that she is the girl he met on the rooftop the other day. However, the next day at school, Ju-kyung is relieved to see Su-ho who seems not to have figured out her secret.

Su-ho saves Ju-kyung from the moment of getting her bare face revealed. This makes her wonder why Su-ho helped her and in the end, she reveals her secret to him. Meanwhile, Seo-joon pressures Ju-kyung to bring his helmet back.

Su-ho and Seo-jun fight over Ju-kyung in the middle of the cafeteria and the rumor of triangle romance spreads. Su-ah arranges a blind date for Ju-kyung to get out of the scandal. Meanwhile, Seo-joon notices something going on between Su-ho and Ju-kyung.

Seo-jun starts treating Ju-kyung in a kind and sweet way. This bothers Su-ho and makes him call Ju-kyung out that night. Meanwhile, at the High School Festival, Su-ho and Seo-jun play a basketball deathmatch, but deep down, both competing over Ju-kyung.

Ju-kyung finds out Su-ho was the man in a black hoodie. However, she evades him, feeling disappointed to hear that his kindness was actually out of pity. Meanwhile, Seo-jun feels sorry for Ju-kyung whom he has unintentionally hurt while trying to provoke Su-ho.

Ju-kyung who has feelings for Su-ho is depressed to find out that he has someone in mind. Seo-jun is confused if he has feelings for Ju-kyung and denies it. Meanwhile, Hyung-jin, a handsome pitcher who fell in love with Ju-kyung at first sight asks her out.

Seo-jun acknowledges his feelings for Ju-kyung in front of Su-ho. Feeling anxious, Su-ho decides to ask Joo-kyung out. Meanwhile, Ju-kyung gets the wrong idea that Su-ho likes Su-jin. Throughout the school trip, the tension between Su-ho and Seo-jun builds up.

Ju-kyung and Su-ho start dating, keeping their relationship secret. Meanwhile, Seo-jun suffers as his crush for Ju-kyung grows bigger.

Ju-kyung decides to tell her friends about her relationship with Su-ho. However, when Su-jin suddenly tells Ju-kyung that she likes Su-ho, Ju-kyung becomes speechless. Ju-kyung gets a part-time job at a cafe where Seo-jun works. Meanwhile, it bothers Su-ho when he sees Seo-jun and Ju-kyung together.

Surprised to hear about the accident Su-ho and Seo-jun had, Ju-kyung runs to the hospital without any make-up on. Seo-jun who shares the same room with Su-ho sees Ju-kyung. Meanwhile, Ju-kyung and Su-ho make up for the last argument, and Seo-jun who has to watch this can't hide his bitter feeling.

Cleared the air, Su-ho and Seo-jun are back as friends. Ju-kyung avoids Hye-min who transferred from her previous school, feeling anxious that she might recognize her. Meanwhile, Seo-jun struggles to hold back his feelings towards Ju-kyung. Drawing a line as a friend, Su-ho tells Su-jin that Ju-kyung is his girlfriend.

After a video of Ju-kyung in her bare face gets released to the public, she runs out of school in fear. Even her family finds out about bullying, Ju-kyung goes through a hard time. Meanwhile, Seo-jun meets the girl who uploaded the video.

Ju-kyung goes to school without any make-up and brings an end to the secret relationship, telling everyone that she is dating Su-ho. Ju-kyung happens to see Hye-min being bullied by the gang and clenches her fists. Meanwhile, Seo-jun decides to give up his feelings for Ju-kyung.

After breaking up with Su-ho, Ju-kyung learns that he was the child she met at the comic book place when she was little. Ju-kyung becomes a university student and works at her dream make-up shop as an intern. Meanwhile, Seo-jun tells Ju-kyung of his long-held feelings for her. Amid surprise and confusion over his sudden confession, Ju-kyung encounters Su-ho at a special place.

Convinced of how they feel about one another, Ju-kyung and Su-ho go back to a happy and mature relationship. Meanwhile, Seo-jun, who has cleared out his long crush, focuses on his debut stage. Hee-kyung suggests Su-ho that she wants to add "Starlight" to Seo-jun's debut album.
