A scientist named Roy maintains an underground bunker: Plethura. Roy is a social outcast and is clearly disillusioned by the fate of mankind. He appears to be the ideal candidate for the solitary day to day existence of living in the bunker, but things take a dramatic turn when he becomes prematurely isolated - locking him inside the bunker as its sole resident.
