Kevin and Willie bring in a C3 Corvette that needs some AC repair. The owner is also hearing some noise in the rear end that needs to be addressed, plus they fix a headlight winking problem.

A Mini Cooper S has too many noises coming from the steering and suspension, so Willie and Kevin put in a new tensioner, replace the axles and upgrade the brakes. Then they answer the age-old mystery: can two grown adults fit in a Mini Cooper?

The owner of a supercharged Mustang needs some help standing out at weekend car shows. First, the guys upgrade the brakes to handle the engine's extra power, then they paint match items so the car looks as good under the hood as it does on the exterior.

The guys bring in a friend's numbers-matching '69 GTO Judge for a frame-off restoration. They strip down the frame and get it ready for a proper frame coating, then build it back up with upgraded suspension to make it into a rolling chassis again.

A '66 Charger arrives in good condition, but its owner doesn't want to keep the boring 318 engine, so Kevin and Willie check out a 440 they can rebuild. They also bring in a manual transmission and show you how to rebuild that for the car, too.

When the steering breaks loose and begins to wobble at 60 mph, things can get dangerous fast. That's why Willie and Kevin need to fix the ball joint problem on this Jeep Gladiator, and they'll also see what other fabrication needs to be done.

Kevin and Willie take the handoff from Truck U's Matt and Bruno, as they outfit a brand new 2024 Kia Telluride. It's being customized as an overlanding vehicle en route to the 2024 SEMA Show, where it will be displayed and given to a sweepstakes winner.

The '69 GTO is back in the shop for the next stage of its frame-off restoration, including prepping, priming and mocking up the body on the updated frame. Then it's on to the new motor and 5-speed transmission before the body goes back on.

After a friend's accident, we help fix the Camaro's front end. The fix is made easier by finding new body panels that are already painted to match the vehicle color. There are also new headlights and side-marker lights to install and new Camaro badging.

Willie and Kevin repair a Pontiac Vibe to be given away to Willie's charity "Cars for Christmas." So they will have to take the top end off and see how bad the head gasket is, find out if the engine is repairable and get this Vibe back on the road.

An old school sports car needs new school power, and Kevin and Willie are up for the challenge. They pull out a Dodge Stealth's old side-mounted engine and transaxle and mock up an inline 3.6-liter V-6, converting a front-wheel Dodge into a roaring beast.
