The Pendragon crew were resting their bones at the ZAP Space Station they had finally reached after escaping the Monster Anarchy Planet Boris. However, a mysterious warrior sneaks in and attacks Rei! The Pendragon crew is about to be drawn into the fate of the Reionics Battle once again.

The Gostardragon reaches an unknown planet. Rei's combative spirit begins to surface after he senses the presence of a Reionics, a monster user. That's when Comet Monster Dorako strikes! The planet turns out to be the battlefield where the entire universe's Reionics gather to compete for the strongest at the Reionics Battle.

An enormous object shines silver stands in the wastelands. Rei touches its surface as if he is lured to the object. In that second, an image of an intense battle passes through his mind. Rei and Hyuga are faced with a new mystery yet again. That's when Alien Nackle appears before the two!

The berserk Reimon vanished before Hyuga. He had been repeating Reionics Battles with whoever came his way! Rei's mind is about to be overwritten by the violent Reimon's instincts. Meanwhile, Hyuga's Dragon Speeder that was searching for Rei is attacked by a strong electromagnetic beam!

The Pendragon crew finally reunites. However, Alien Metron appears and challenges Rei to another Reionics Battle! The Pendragon attempts to escape Planet Hammer, but it is interrupted by the One-Horned Terrible-Monster Vakishim showing up. Meanwhile, Alien Pedan Dial, also started to make his move as a Reionics Hunter.

Planet Pedan's spacecraft closes in on the Pendragon, which is under repair. The captain of the ship that attacked them turned out to be Dial! Dial demands they hand over Rei. To protect the Pendragon, Rei hops onto Litra alone and lures Dail's ship away. At last, Rei and Dail's one-on-one match begins! However, that's when the new Reionics, Alien Keel Grande, interrupts their match.

Rei has fallen from his defeat in the True Reionics Battle with Alien Keel, Grande. In the spacecraft Pendragon, which escaped from Planet Hammer, the crew call out to Rei without success. Is Rei's life going to fade away at this rate? The Pendragon, sunken in sorrow, head for Earth. In that moment, a mysterious body of energy takes hold of the Pendragon!

With supplies loaded on the Dragon Speeder, Vice Captain Haruna heads toward the Pendragon alone. Suddenly, Alien Zarab sticks onto her ship! He disguises himself as Haruna and sneaks into the Pendragon. The Pendragon is about to face its biggest crisis ever.

Rei holds a mysterious silver item. From its shape, Oki speculates it might be Ultraseven's Eye Slugger. Rei thinks someone is calling for him through the sheen emitted from the Eye Slugger. The Pendragon flies in the direction where Rei senses. That was where Armored Mefilas in a mysterious armor was lying in wait!

The Alien Pedan Reionics Hunter Force was repeatedly sending in King Joe Black to exterminate the Reionics under Commander Harlan's orders. Dial had also returned to the battlefront and was killing off the Reionics one after another. At last, he faces Rei again. The King Joe Black controlled by Dial was much stronger than when it was defeated by EX-Gomora on Planet Boris!

After recognizing Rei's powers, Dial tries to end Alien Pedan's Reionics Hunt by taking him to see Commander Harlan. Rei believes Dial's words and goes with him to meet Harlan. However, Hyuga and the crew are captured shortly after by the Reionics Hunter Force that intruded the Pendragon! What is the alternate plan of Reionics Annihilation Project that Harlan told Rei and Dial about?

Due to Alien Pedan Dail's sacrifice, the threat of the Reionics Hunter Force has left Planet Hammer. Before Alien Reiblood's final battle, Rei confesses his decision to Kate's spirit, which appeared before him. The Pendragon catches a tremendous energy response spreading from Planet Hammer's pole. Rei senses Alien Reiblood's enormous presence from there!

Having entered Planet Hammer's core, the Land of Darkness created by the hands of Alien Reiblood spreads before Rei. Just then, the giant Armored Mefilas sent out by Alien Reiblood appears! Meanwhile, the Pendragon rushes to follow Rei to the Land of Darkness, but is captured by a strong energy field that blocks its way and stops its movements.
