Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Series

In the near future, mankind has entered the space age. Spacecraft Space Pendragon receives an unknown interfering energy and crashes onto Planet Boris. On the barren lands of Boris, the ZAP SPACY crew encounters the monster battle of Telesdon, Sadolar, and Red King. In that moment, a mysterious young man named Rei appears before them, and summons Gomora to begin fighting.

Hyuga tries to ask Rei, the mysterious young man, just what happened on Planet Boris, but he stays silent and disappears. Hyuga and the crew investigate the surrounding area, and encounter the mega monsters' battle between Litra, Juran, and more. Soon, Golza and Telesdon appear before the ZAP SPACY crew who was repairing the Pendragon, and drive the crew into a corner.

The mysterious young man Rei had amnesia. In return for borrowing his powers to fight monsters, Hyuga suggests to help return Rei's memory and recruits him into the Pendragon crew. However, Vice Captain Haruna objects, fearing Rei could be dangerous. Meanwhile, the Pendragon's instruments show abnormal signs due to a mysterious aurora's effects.

The Pendragon is finally able to fly after its repairs. Hyuga instructs to drop by the resource transportation base before heading to their destination capital, Belargo City. However, the base had been brutally destroyed. It was the work of Great Space Monster Bemstar sucking all resource energy dry! Haruna foolishly faces Bemstar with the Dragon Speeder.

Planet Boris' capital, Belargo City, had already been destroyed. The crew that landed to investigate finds a survivor and rescues them. At the same time, an unknown presence closed in on Rei, and with a mysterious voice, challenges him to a monster battle. That's when Fire Golza suddenly appears!

Rei leaves the Pendragon due to Kate's scheme, but he is attacked from underground by Ancient Monster Twintail! Rei fights back with Litra. Meanwhile, Kumano is attacked by Kate at the Pendragon, and Oki is taken away. Kate takes Oki hostage and summons the Strange Creatur Gan-Q, to challenge Rei to battle. What on earth could be Kate's purpose?

The Dragon Speeder with Rei and Haruna onboard is suddenly affected by a mysterious energy and crashes. Hyuga and the others head to the crash site to investigate, but a mysterious phenomenon was occurring in that region where monsters appear from a distortion in space. Once Rei reunites with Hyuga and the crew, they step into a building that used to be ZAP's research facility.

The Space Pendragon crew defeats the Four-Dimensional Monster Bullton who had been calling over monsters. But why was Bullton calling over the monsters? What was Monster Tamer Kate's true identity and real purpose? Many mysteries still remain.

Thanks to Rei's mysterious power with the mysterious giant, the Space Pendragon catches a weak signal emitting from Vincent Island. They set their course, thinking there may be survivors there. However, the Pendragon is suddenly attacked by a formation of four UFOs and sinks into the ocean. They're unable to move at the sea floor and the violent Giant Fish Monster Zoa-Muruchi closes in on them!

The Pendragon arrives to Vincent Island and finally finds the survivors. The one who was emitting a distress signal turned out to be the Gostardragon. Both the Pendragon and Gostardragon cannot escape Planet Boris unless they repair their main engines. To obtain the necessary supplies for repair, they head to Grand Cape Supply Base, but...

The massive attacks by King Joe Black overwhelms the three mega monsters, Gomora, Eleking, and Litra! As Rei is left with no choice but to retreat to Vincent Island, he meets Karen. She is the girl in the pendant, which was dropped at the abandoned building. Karen begins to tell the encounter with a mysterious baby, but at that moment, Verokron and Doragory lands in Vincent Island.

Finally, Rei faces the stone giant, Ultraman. Despite being turned into stone, Ultraman had casted a shield that would keep monsters away from Vincent Island to protect the survivors. Rei receives a faint message from Ultraman, "Save the people from the monsters and escape this planet". That's when Zetton, the ultimate monster controlled by Kate, appears!

Rei exhausts his powers from the battle with Zetton. He struggles from learning the secret of his birth along with numerous shocking facts exposed by Kate. Amidst his struggle, Planet Boris' artificial sun started to fall towards the planet's atmosphere. The time left to escape the planet was running out. The Pendragon's crew and the survivors are doing the best they can to repair the spacecrafts.
