Ultra Seven

A routine traffic stop takes a terrifying turn when the driver disappears right in front of the eyes of a police officer. As the Terrestrial Defense Force learns about it, they find that people have been vanishing all over Tokyo with no connections found between the victims. Concluding that such a mysterious event can only be the work of aliens, they call on their elite team - the Ultra Guard.

On TDF Agent Ishiguro's return from space, his wife and maid discover a rock on their driveway. The Ultra Guard recognizes the alien substance as Tilsonite 808, but it's left to the police. Later, a second piece of Tilsonite 808 mutates Ishiguro into a plant-like alien, Waiell, assaulting and nearly killing someone. When the Ultra Guard retrieves him, the man also turns into a creature.

A tip sends Dan and Furuhashi into the mountains to look for a crashed extraterrestrial object, where they pursue a strange girl. The chase eventually takes them to an alien ship. Dan sees through the girl's flirtatious responses, but before he can press her further, a trap knocks them all out. As Dan's consciousness fades, he sees an alien figure reach into his pocket and steal his Ultra Eye.

Dan is ferrying Amagi and Soga to the classified ship "Max," created by the TDF. On the way back, he helps a woman with car trouble, but she assaults him and steals his Ultra Eye! Upon arriving, the Max is captured and lifted into the sky by an alien tractor beam, leading Dan and the Ultra Guard to immediately sortie in the Ultra Hawks. Godola appears, explaining his plan to conquer Earth.

A TDF official, Professor Yushima, is travelling by jet from Antarctica to Japan to upgrade the Ultra Guard's radar system. Mid-flight, however, the entire plane and its passengers are suddenly frozen in time and space. Time resumes a moment later, with nobody noticing anything had happened. Until time freezes again and the Alien Vira appears on a television to deliver commands to the doctor.

Dan and Anne are shocked as an alien appears in UG Headquarters. The alien asks for time to recover from his injuries without alerting any hostile forces. Dan and Anne agree. Meanwhile, the UG hones in on an unidentified signal that turns out to be a distress call. It's revealed to be coming from the city of Pegassa, whose interstellar engine has gone out and is on its way to collide with Earth.

A hunting trip is interrupted when the hunters find a miniature spaceship, only for the pilot to kill them. Around the same time in space, the TDF's Space Station V3 receives transmissions from an alien source. V3's captain and Captain Kiriyama in the Ultra Guard try to understand the source, which turns out to be a warning about a violent interstellar criminal known as 303.

Strange occurrences are a growing trend in Kitagawa with no memory after. More incidents occur, leading Dan to believe that there's an outside influence. It's confirmed when a strange voice commands "Ultraseven" to stop interfering! The culprit? Metron, who admits that he's been infecting cigarettes to see how space poppies affect the human brain as an attempt to conquer the planet.

A nighttime patrol by Soga and Furuhashi is cut short when a woman electrocutes Furuhashi. Furuhashi survives, and discovers he managed to snag the woman's brooch, which is covered in alien writing translating to "Android Operation Zero." Dan's investigation leads him to a group of children wearing the same badges and playing with "toy" guns.

As Dan investigates a man who hasn't moved in 24 hours, the team notices a radar contact at the same place as a month ago. Then Dan discovers time seems to be frozen. When he enters the space, it's revealed to be alien in nature. Trapped in the Fourth Dimension, Dan tries to turn into Ultraseven or release a capsule monster, but can't. Then Icarus then reveals itself.

As a powerful storm rages, a golden dragon descends from above the clouds unseen. Worse still, it warns a mass dying off among young people, though the connection is unclear. As Soga and Dan hunt for radiation and other factors, a camera-like weapon takes aim at Dan. Sensing the danger, Dan quickly turns and draws his weapon, but he is too late: one click, and he falls over dead.

In chase of Alien Ayros' spaceship, Station Hawl came back to Earth. The pilot is Kurata, who started working at the same year with Captain Kiriyama, and now serves as the captain of Space Station V3. The dastardly Alien Ayros kidnapped Furuhashi and Amagi, and demanded to fuel his spaceship up in exchange. However, Ultra Guard will not tolerate an alien outlaw. Fight back, Ultra Guard!

A slate of murders committed against westerners visiting Japan, rocks the nation. Commander Manabe calls the UG and reveals the truth: they were all members of the TDF's clandestine science team that launched an observation rocket to the planet Pedan. The Pedan people swore retaliation and began assassinating people that could help prepare for their eventual assault.

Ultraseven, manages to pull himself up to stop King Joe, who retreats to recuperate. Dorothy proposes a bomb made with Rylon 30, which can weaken King Joe's metal compositon. The resulting bomb freezes up the robot's joints and causes it to break down. As the Pedan try to escape in a saucer, Ultraseven destroys it with his Wide Shot, ending the threat...for now.

Cherry Blossom 9 has returned to Earth after disappearing for 3 months. Elsewhere, a boy named Hiroshi returns to a Mt. Hades playground, where he finds a strange stone. Bullies try to steal it, only to double over in pain, though Hiroshi is unaffected. Later, the boy drops the stone into boiling sulfur. It transforms into the saurian Annon, causing a landslide that knocks Dan and Hiroshi out.

After a cave-in traps a miner, the UG comes to help rescue the "Miracle Man." This jogs Dan's memory of when he "met" Jiro and witnessed him cutting his own rope to save his friend from falling with him in the past. Convinced of humanity's potential for kindness and self-sacrifice, the being that would be known as Ultraseven saved the man, taking on his form to experience a human life.

It is the day of the Ultra Guard's monthly exercises and Amagi and Soga disappear to a strange, alternate dimension. Though they are eventually able to make contact, the two groups of MAT agents soon discover that getting them back may be impossible. Commander Manabe recalls a similar situation regarding an "Alien Bell." These alien predators used a pocket dimension to capture prey.

Project Blue, a project to wrap Earth and moon with magnetic force to keep them safe from alien invaders, where targeted by Alien Bado. Self-proclaimed as the Emperor of the Universe, they kidnapped the project's leader, Professor Miyabe. Since Professor Miyabe doesn't tell where the documents of the project is, they started aiming his wife.

Dan and Soga visited Professor Iwamura at International Nuclear Research Center, to request for corporation for the frequent earthquakes hitting the Aosawa mountainous area, but got turned away at the door. Shortly after, Ultra Guard met a college girl who was engaged in a mountain rally and finds out she carried substance called "Ultonium", a nuclear that form Earth.

The Ultra Guard launches a probe when a ship is dragged beneath the waves. Allegedly, the boat sent an SOS about a ship rising from the waves. It is identified as Ironrocks, a massive robot, and it begins destroying docks and dozens of vessels. The true master of Ironrocks, Mimy, appears and taunts Ultraseven before assaulting him and chaining him to Ironrocks, dragging him into the water.

Anne witnesses a UFO abduct a woman who is then found washed up on the beach harboring a strange parasite in her body that is causing her body's chromosomes to rapidly decrease. The Ultra Guard investigates as several saucers rise from the oceans and they find out a horrible truth: the aliens are infesting the women with spores to convert all of Earth's women into incubators for their food.

Fortune teller Yotaro Yasui was saved by Ultra Guard. Yasui predicted the bombing of O3 Warehouse, the center of weapon development which was regarded as the arteries of TDF. He was claiming he is being targeted by Alien Shadow. As the investigation by the Ultra Guard ended up in smoke, Kiriyama focused on the words from Yasui "search for tomorrow" and continued the investigation by himself.

Furuhashi loses control of his plane over the Arctic and the UG investigates. A pair of Cannan in a lighthouse release beams of colored light that transform into an aurora. They have claimed the Arctic as their own territory. Dan releases Windom, his capsule monster, on the lighthouse, intending to destroy it. The lighthouse fires a beam that confuses Windom, sending it back to destroy Dan.

After Dan becomes trapped in a snowstorm, he is ordered to get out of the Pointer and run to Headquarters (which Dan is reticent to do, given his species' weakness to cold). Suddenly, the lights in the Headquarters go out as the power dies: someone has bored into the base with a drill to kill the power. Worse still, a monster appears in the darkness, breathing frigid air into the base.
