During the Age of Neo Frontier, mankind faces an unknown world. The mysterious sphere "Sphere" attacks a development base on Mars. Super GUTS immediately springs into action, taking on the monster that transformed from the Sphere and struggles through a tough battle. During this time, Asuka is surrounded by a dazzling light and a new giant of light appears!

The battle between Ultraman Dyna and the monster on Mars ends with Dyna's victory. However, Asuka is having trouble with the unknown power he suddenly received. Meanwhile, the mysterious sphere attacks the space station. Super GUTS springs into action, but the monster that transformed from the sphere appears on Earth as well!

Asuka is overconfident in his abilities and he ignores orders by attacking a small monster which came from a meteor that fell on Earth.
