Mr. Istvan, a 92-year-old widower lives a quiet and lonely life. His neighbor Ms. Magdi is the opposite as she spends her day whipping up delicacies that are devoured by grandkids who visit daily. She always shares food with Mr. Istvan while he makes it a point to give her the newspaper. There's the occasional shot of alcohol as well, that bonds the two old people who are bound by routine.
