Wally Gator

Wally wanders onto the grounds of a family known for their dragon hunting prowess. The squire spots Wally puffing on a cigar and declare war on the "fire breathing dragon."

An illiterate arch criminal mistakes Wally for a rare duckbilled platypus. A merry chase ensues, during which the robbers discover that he's just a worthless alligator.

Twiddle decides that Wally needs a companion so he sets out for the Everglades to bring one back alive. Wally secretly follows him and receives au unpleasant surprise.

Thinking Wally is a fellow masquerader, a man drags our alligator to a party where several incidents of mistaken identity result in humorous complications.

Twiddle hires a genuine alligator hound, named "Snoozer the Schnauzer" to guard Wally and keep him from heading for town.

Having talked a penguin out of a trip to the San Diego Zoo, Wally hits a snag en route to sunny California. Stranded in the desert, our hero realizes that "there's no place like home."

Wally's attempt to escape the confines of his zoo and find fortune in the world leads to the enormous problem of getting rid of a very "hot" one million dollars.

When Wally escapes the Zoo and returns to the Everglades, he seeks out his old haunting grounds in a turnip patch.

Disguised as a mailman, Wally walks out of the Zoo under Twiddle's very nose. The keeper chases him and revenge comes when Wally flags down a cab that turns out to be driven by Twiddle.

For a roommate, Wally is given a bear who takes over his pen, eats his food and doesn't let poor Wally get a night's sleep.

Wally spends the pre-dawn hours trying to get into the locked zoo. He's exhausted when the gates open and Twiddle adds insult to injury by keeping the alligator awake.

In another effort to make Wally happy behind zoo bars, Twiddle imports a wife, Ella-gator, who makes Wally realize how very happy he was being a bachelor.

Runaway Wally meets a witch who is in the midst of concocting a brew over an open fire. Strangely enough, she is missing only one ingredient ...

Making his getaway in a convict's uniform, Wally is trapped and forced to jump from the top floor of a building.

Wally Gator dons a child's sailor suit and escapes the confines of the zoo, only to be mistaken for an AWOL Navy man.

While swimming in the Everglades, Wally runs into a Indian who must capture an alligator to prove he is a brave hunter. Wally refuses to go along with any of the Indian's schemes.

On the loose once again, Wally runs into an updated Red Riding Hood, complete with raids on Grandmother's refrigerator. Wally has to protect the girl from the inevitable big bad wolf.

Stowaway Wally is jettisoned over the North Pole where scientists discover him. Thinking him to be a prehistoric monster, they take Wally back to civilization.

While taking a pleasant stroll in the woods, Wally meets up with a very strange little boy who frightens him so much with his horrible stories.

Twiddle puts Snoozer, the Alligator Watch Dog, on Wally's trail, and without even trying, Snoozer manages to trap Wally at every turn of the road.

Wally's bad conscience leads him out of the zoo and into so many mishaps in town that he can't wait to get back.

Wally builds a robot alligator that goes berserk, knocks down the walls of Twiddle's office and runs rampant among the other animals.

Twiddle, the zookeeper, buys a genuine Tasmanian Alarm Bird to assist him in keeping Wally from escaping. Wally tries every possible trick but he cannot avoid the bird.

A wealthy matron phones the police to report an alligator in her bathtub. The gator of course is Wally, who proceeds to drive everyone crazy.
