Bandit wants to move back into the trailer park. Becky hires a handyman and Amanda is smitten. Marvin investigates whether a resident is conducting illegal activities out of her trailer. A deejay visits the park to see if it's the best in Myrtle Beach.

To cut down on the rash of pranks against Myrtle Manor, Marvin decides to patrol by horse. Jared seeks help from others with Chelsey's snoring problem but winds up getting booted out of his trailer. Amanda organizes a girls night out.

The Silver Bullet trailer vanishes and Myrtle Manor seeks revenge on the rival trailer park. When Jared tries to take Chelsey on a honeymoon, Marvin and Bandit crash their party. Amanda goes on a date with a stud that has all of the trailer park talking.

Rival trailer park managers Becky and Roxy decide to settle the score once and for all with a stock car race. Jared and Chelsey get a test run at parenthood. Amanda's budding romance with a Village Creek resident makes her public enemy #1 to Becky.

Jared books a gig to play the National Anthem at a baseball game. Amanda signs Miss Peggy up for online dating and Peggy decides to go on her first date in years—with Kim tagging along as her "bodyguard." Marvin has a break in his rat investigation.

A power outage plunges Myrtle Manor into darkness, causing the residents to bond. While Brittany's romance with Brock ramps up, so does her tension with Amanda. Bandit concocts his next money making idea. Anne gets some devastating news about her health.

Marvin believes he's solved the mystery of the Myrtle Manor rat. Jared lands a music gig and uses his payday to buy Chelsey a gift. Amanda and Brittany come to a breaking point, and throw down trailer park style. Anne faces cancer head on.

Myrtle Manor and Village Creek settle the number #1 trailer park debate by competing in the "Trailer Park Games." Roy and Gina plan to surprise Miss Peggy for her 80th Birthday. Amanda decides she's moving, while Jared and Chelsey contemplate parenthood.
