Mike discovers a Mini Mark 1 in a garage in Wales. This one is a non-runner that hasn't turned a wheel in over a decade. Elvis and Mike know making radical changes to such a historic car will enrage Mini enthusiasts, but they don't want a museum piece.

Mike experiences a bout of déjà vu when he buys a 1992 TVR Griffith, but everything is not as it seems with this car. The paperwork lists it as a 4 liter, but the engine is badged as a more powerful -- and desirable -- 4.3 liter.

Mike and Elvis try to find out how much fun they can have on a tiny budget when they take on a Fiat Coupe 20 Valve Turbo. The boys get their hands on a 1997 example of this "baby Ferrari" that’s down on power and squeeze maximum performance out of it.

Mike's gone all nostalgic, buying Colin, a 58-year-old camper that simply can’t go on holiday. There's a huge battle ahead, as this Dormobile requires a massive amount of work, including a brand-new engine fit unlike anything Elvis has ever done before.

Mike finds a rare Land Rover Series 1 for sale, but alarm bells start ringing when he discovers that the car was apparently manufactured in 1963, five years after Series 1 production ended. The project soon turns into a complicated ground-up restoration.

Mike picks up a Porsche 997 at a rock-bottom price, but its engine has a potentially fatal case of bore score. Unable to get above 5mph on the test drive, it’s a big gamble for Mike and a huge amount of work for Elvis to get the engine firing again.

Mike and Elvis attempt to resuscitate a 1974 Jaguar XJ6 -- a car that, in its heyday, was beloved by business fat cats and underworld gangsters alike. The Jag’s bodywork may be in great condition, but it hasn’t turned a wheel in 30 years.

Mike buys a Renault 5 GT Turbo -- the ultimate '80s hot hatch -- from Charlotte, a racing driver who runs a garage just up the road. Charlotte soon regrets selling the car, however, and her husband contacts Mike hoping to buy it back for her birthday.

Mike gets his hands on a car that has eluded him for years -- a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo7. Elvis is over the moon as he idolized these cars growing up and its engine is the stuff of legend. But half of this car's engine is sitting in pieces in the trunk.

The guys attempt to cash in on British drivers’ obsession with open-top cars when they take on a bright yellow VW Golf. But they have very different feelings about yellow cars. Elvis loves them (his first ever car was a yellow VW), but Mike hates them.
