Past: 1970, Vincent and Louise are young, rebellious, and madly in love... Present: Now founder and president of Nocturne Enterprises, Loulou receives an honorary award on the night of the launch of Black Night, her latest perfume. However, the evening really doesn't go as planned...

Past: After Vincent takes flight, Louise, seven months pregnant, is eager to hear back from him. But the letters and money he sends her never reach their destination... Present: Loulou's death sends shockwaves through Nocturne, and the Hébert children are shaken by the provisions of her will.

Past: Carole is convinced that Vincent and Bertrand are more than just friends... Present: Charlotte, thanks to Bertrand, learns more about her father's death and confides in Lucas. For his part, Lucas decides to take up the challenge at Nocturne, as per his mother's last wishes. Meanwhile, Marlène feels betrayed by all.

Past: Louise is pregnant. Vincent, mad with joy, wonders if Louise can really bring a child into the world, given their present circumstances. Present: Despite Aidrian's revelations, Charlotte refuses to believe her father was a murderer. Meanwhile, there are growing doubts about the cause of Loulou's death.

Past: Hurt by her mother's betrayal, Louise leaves the house in the middle of the storm of the century. She somehow ends up at Hotel Flanagan, where she meets the charming Aidrian. Present: Lucas is more and more convinced that his mother had doubts about Aidrian's methods...

Past: A police detective questions Louise about Vincent's taking flight. Despite his persistence, she covers for her beau and still holds hope for his return... Present: Marlène goes rogue and asks Simon to secretly study the crossbreeding of the irises she found at her childhood home.

Past: The police detective intensifies the search. He fills Aidrian in on what he knows about Vincent, hoping to get him to cooperate. Present: Addison Reynolds claims to have information about Vincent and asks for $100,000 in return... Aidrian forces her to say what she really knows.

Past: At Flanagan Hotel, Louise tells Aidrian everything. Clémence doesn't like the police sniffing around her boss because of Louise... Present: Marco, the mysterious neighbour from their childhood days, gets closer to Charlotte and Marlène. Aidrian and Christophe suspect there's nothing innocent about his return.

Past: It's Flanagan's birthday. Clémence is thrilled to meet the famous Michel Robichaud, but he's more interested in Louise. Present: Lucas finds a mysterious painting of Aidrian and an unknown woman wearing Loulou's locket. At Nocturne, the battle lines are drawn.

Past: Louise's modelling career is really taking off. Clémence is devastated, Aidrian had promised her that she was the one bound for glory. Present: The newly discovered painting raises many questions. Lucas investigates. Charlotte convinces Marlène to get to the bottom of things about their father.

Past: Louise learns that Vincent has made a new life for himself. Hurt, she finds comfort in Aidrian's arms. Present: Lucas's trust in Aidrian is undermined. The unknown woman in the painting is a certain Clémence. Marco seeks to get answers about everyone and against everyone...

Past: Vincent crosses the border with Bertrand's help, but Aidrian intercepts him. Present: After he meets with Clémence, Lucas confronts his godfather. Is Aidrian really the person the Héberts thought he was? Charlotte and Marlène finally learn the truth about their father.
