Witch Hunt

Ida Waage is a trusted and loved CFO in one of Norway’s biggest law firms, Biermann and Gude, when a suspicious invoice lands on her desk.

Ida warns the other leaders in the firm. The consequences are swift and brutal. Ida is accused of harassing her employees in a humiliating meeting.

A shaken Ida discuss the case with her brother-in-law and lawyer, Ola, who advice her to bring the case to the police. Ida’s husband, Tore, is against it, saying that the risks are greater than the rewards.

The police begin their investigation, and Ida knows it's just a question of time before Eirik realizes that she’s a whistleblower. The case is about to spiral out of both Ida’s and the Eiriks control.

Minister of Justice Anette Nordeide is the subject of a witch hunt for the press, but denies any knowledge of her husband’s business with Eggen. Convinced that the truth is still out there, Aida keeps digging.
