A convicted felon goes undercover in a FBI sting to frame two innocent men as terrorists. In a 2004 FBI terror sting, the Imam of an Albany mosque is the target, but the fall guy is an ambitious Bangladeshi pizzeria owner who is ensnared for his proximity to the target. The accused are no match for the powerful U.S. law enforcement machinery which must prove them guilty to justify its existence.
