One of Brazil's finest award-winning bartenders, Jessica Sanchez, introduces Carey to vibrant São Paulo. Starting with a tour of the city from above, they head to the local markets in search of fresh produce and experience the city's best bars. Finally, sunset dancing and drinks on one of Brazil's most beautiful beaches is a night to remember.

Tim Philips, the World's Best Bartender of 2012, shows Carey around the coastal city of Sydney. After boarding a seaplane to a critically acclaimed restaurant, they head to Bondi Beach for some spearfishing and round off with drinks and a seafood barbecue with Mark Labrooy of Three Blue Ducks.

Nick Wu, Taiwan's Best Bartender 2016, introduces Carey to bustling Taipei. First, an exploration of the night markets to experience local delicacies, then they venture out into the mountains to collect tea leaves with a Tea Master, creating delicious drinks to accompany some classic Taiwanese cuisine.

Berlin may have a reputation as a clubbing hotspot, but rising star of the bartending scene, Arash Ghassemi, introduces Carey to another side of the city. Using beans sourced from a local roastery they create coffee cocktails by day and discover Berlin's best bars by night. Arash also takes Carey to meet his mentor and experience the true craft of mixing flavours.

Bar owner and author, Tristan Stephenson, leads Carey through historical London, foraging for fresh garnishes, learning about the history of Gin, Whisky tasting on a 185 year old oak tree and drinking a serve made from wood ants. All topped off with a classic martini at officially the best bar in the world.

Carey heads into the heart of Barcelona with Spain's best bartender of 2016 Adriana Chia, who introduces him to the city's love affair with food and drink pairings. From heading above the clouds to watch the sunrise to embracing local traditions with an ice-cold Christmas swim, Barcelona is full of new experiences.

United States' Best Bartender 2016, Andrew Meltzer, shows Carey around laid-back San Francisco. Scouting out fresh seafood at the market and heading to a Tiki bar with a floating live band is what this city's all about. Although, seeing in the New Year by boat as fireworks light up the skyline takes the trip to a whole new level.

Carey discovers Mexico City with Mexico's Best Bartender 2016, Mica Rousseau. The two head into the ring for a lesson in Lucha Libre and explore the local markets to prepare for a masterclass in Mexican food and drink. Carey also gets involved and creates a serve for his host using the skills he's picked up from the best.
