Brothers KC and Troy Montero set forth on a moronic adventure in the Makati Red Light City District, Philippines. They get drunken tattoos, fight midget boxers and pole dance on a stage bar wearing nothing but a skimpy outfit.

In Cambodia, KC and Troy face a crazy incident at the airport, the reckless rails of the Bamboo Train and the depressing stories of the Killing Caves. Then, they feed their appetite with happy pizza and a barbecued grilled rat by the street. Yum!

KC and Troy Montero challenge Oz, also known as the Bangkok Hooker, to a Muay Thai boxing match. They prepare for it by training with the best Muay Thai coaches and fighters, drinking snake venom, putting on makeup and dressing in drag.

KC and Troy travel to Siquijor, Philippines, in an attempt to witness one of the nation's most feared mythical creatures, the Kapre. They also undergo traditional healing rituals from the popular local spiritual healers.
