Christmas is Heather's least favorite time of year. She is the Manager of the upscale Shops at Town Center. Her niece Molly, asks the mall Santa to help find a boyfriend for her aunt. The Santa is just a substitute filling in and is actually Ryan, a lawyer-turned-artist who is decorating the mall. Heather and Ryan fall for each other without realizing the other's true identity.
