Dolmar and Keisha get a great deal on a property in an upscale, coastal area of Tampa. But in this case, location isn't everything. They soon discover, this zombie is literally falling apart at the seams.

Dolmar and the team can't believe their luck when they get a lead on a home in the desirable and family friendly South Tampa neighborhood. This growth infested, four-bedroom, roofless zombie is right up the team's alley.

Dolmar has found a Zombie house with an interior that looks more like a rotten avocado than a home.

When Dolmar's contractor friend Jay offers him the chance to partner on a deal that "can't fail", Dolmar doesn't hesitate to agree to cover all the renovation costs.

Dolmar and the team get a lead on a large single family home in the Tampa suburb of New Port Richey. This nearly 3000 square foot house needs a new roof and a lot of updates!

The team gets excited when they find a "granny home" -- a house that hasn't been updated in a long time but has good bones and shouldn't take much work to flip.

Unforeseen issues and a barrage of non-stop problems challenge the team and their abilities to finish their projects on budget and on time.
