Zou

Zou and Nanna bake a cake as a Mother's Day surprise, but Dad returns and accidentally eats it! Zou must quickly bake another by himself. What a mess! Zou and Elzee borrow a camping tent from Grandpa and set it up in the garden. After hearing stories about the animals in Africa, their imaginations run wild when they think they hear wild animals outside the tent.

When Zou is asked to stop making so much noise and to tidy his room, he decides to leave home (with the help of Grandpa). But, Zou wonders if he made the right decision. Zou decides he wants to be King of the Household, so Grandpa helps him find his crown and scepter. Zou soon finds that being King is not all that he thought it would be.

Zou decides he wants to be a Postman. At first, he is most helpful delivering items to his family members, but when he gets over-confident, the various packages are delivered to the wrong addresses. Luckily, Grandpa is here to help! Zou decides that he is going to be a detective. His first case is the Mystery of Nanna's Missing False Teeth.

Zou works on a school project and decides he needs some photographs to illustrate it. He borrows the family camera, but when it goes missing, Zou makes up excuses to cover his mistake. Zou makes an army of ants his new pets. The ants cause trouble in the house when they get loose, but luckily Poc, his loyal pet, is on hand to help.

Zou receives a drum for his birthday and drives everyone crazy playing it molto fortissimo. Nanna shows him that you do not need to play so loud to make pleasant music. Zou and Elzee go on a trip to the moon in their spaceship, a cardboard box covered in tin foil. When it loses one of its engines, they land on a mysterious planet! What will they discover?

When Poc is sick and Zou needs to go to the doctor to get shots, they go into hiding because they are scared. To make Poc feel better, Zou goes to the doctor first. He discovers the experience is not as bad as he imagined. Zou makes promises to everyone who asks him, but he promises too much to too many people.

Zou finds an old walkie-talkie, but there's no one around to play with! Then, when he is asked to run errands for Nanna, his walkie talkie makes his errand-running so much easier and fun. When Zinnia says that she is going to win the dance competition, Zou inadvertently agrees to take part in the competition too. With no planned dance, what is he going to do?!

After seeing an illusionist at a local theatre, Zou wants to be a magician too. When his magic trick, a disappearing cabinet, malfunctions and his glamorous assistant, Poc, goes missing for real, Zou wonders if he really is a magician. Zou wants to build a model dinosaur in the garden. Elzee and Grandpa are here to help.

When Zou, Elzee, and Zak go for a ride in the park, Zak's scooter falls apart and Elzee's bike has a flat tire. Luckily, Grandpa is around to make repairs, so the fun can continue! It's Valentine's Day and Zou wants to make a Valentine's card for everyone including his best friend, Elzee.

Zou decides to put on a pantomime performance. But come the day of the show, Zou develops stage fright. Will he be able to overcome his fear? Zou and Elzee decide to put on a circus in Zou's garden. They want Zak to join them, but Zak does not seem to have any circus skills. With help from Nanna, they find the perfect role for Zak.

Zou hears about an elephant that has escaped from the local zoo and wants to capture it. He and Grandpa make an elephant trap, but it is not an elephant they catch in it! Zou is very excited about Elzee's fancy-dress party, but all his friends have the same costume ideas! Grandpa must help him create an original costume.

Trying to save water, Zou brings buckets of water to his family members when they need it. Is this really the best way to save water? Grandpa thinks it is the perfect day for flying a kite. What better way to make a kite than by using Grandpa's old jacket that Nanna threw out?

Zou is so excited to see a comet for the first time, Grandpa suggests making a telescope and Mom throws a comet party! Zou learns fun facts about nature like how animals hide with their stripes and what you need to do when you meet a buzzing bee.
