Gus McGrim’s cow, Bessie, is refusing to enter the Happy Cow competition. She’s playing a sad sax in the barn next to where Frank the Bull works out with his weights.

The Mayor has asked Jack to take his camel and chariot out for a canter. He can’t do it himself because he got injured in his clash with Crusher Cooper.

Jack’s going to learn to fly on the airport simulator. It’s the day the Duchess is due to open the new Royal Wing so there’s no one around, except the Moose who happens to know the way to the simulator.

It’s the Pig of the Year competition and it’s bad luck for farmer and pig to see each other the night before.

Jack’s on a trekking course. If he can reach Camp B by tomorrow, he’ll get his bronze medal.

The Duchess’ dog, Fluffy, is missing and it is dog show day. If Jack can find her by the time she wakes from her beauty nap, the Duchess will share the prize money with Jack.

Jack’s been invited onto the ‘Kids in Space’ TV show where you pilot a simulator to get to the Moon. The prize includes being on the news.

Jack’s got a job selling popcorn at the Bonzo Boon Hippo Circus but Bonzo’s had an accident with a hippo and the Moose is on hand to seize the moment.

Jack sets out to evict the ghosts that are haunting the Mayor’s house. The Moose turns up to help with his ‘protonic ray gun’, which is clearly just a toy.
