Ashley & Tyson await their high risk quadruplets' birth, while Doug & Mars race to the hospital in early labor. Type A couple Kristina & Jason attempt to craft a meticulous birth plan, but have no clue how they are going to work while raising baby.

Ashley gives birth to quads twelve weeks early. Unprepared Mars and Doug struggle with their new roles. Kristina is torn between wanting to work and care for her baby in Brooklyn. We meet Destiny and Sal, a duo with fiery, battling families.

Ashley and Tyson bring their 8-week-old quadruplets home from the hospital. Doug and Mars have an added problem as they struggle caring for Sofia. Destiny gives birth to baby Capri. Kristina goes back to work for the first time since having Lincoln.

Tyson returns to work, leaving Ashley to care for all 4 babies on her own. Destiny spars with Sal's parents over whether to baptize Capri. To save their relationship, Doug and Mars try couples therapy. Kristina and Jason struggle to expand their business.

Destiny interviews nannies despite objections from family members. Chaos erupts when Ashley takes on a quad photo shoot without Tyson. Kristina considers putting Lincoln in daycare to prioritize her business. Doug flees to Florida after a fight with Mars.

Ashley and Tyson celebrate the girls' first birthday with an emotional trip to the NICU. Doug locates Mars and pleads for forgiveness. Sal and Destiny struggle to break away from their overbearing moms. Kristina must choose between work and family.
