Ken gets Barbie to do the "Baby Food Challenge". Then Ken, Skipper, Chelsea, and Stacie surprise her with birthday cake. Barbie's birthday wish is for everyone to do the "Empathy Challenge" - performing one random act of kindness and then letting her know what they did.

Everyone has days where they just feel cranky. Barbie is having one of those days, and talks about techniques that help her feel better like breathing, thinking about creative things, and getting a good night's sleep. Barbie asks what makes her viewers feel better when they are cranky.
