Idris and the coaches meet their Fight School in take and embark on a rigorous fitness assessment

Idris's squad face their first test in the ring. When Ash, Zeb and Naeem arrive late to training,Idris decides to visit them to find out what's going wrong. And Idris organises an open water swimming challenge.

Idris is faced with difficult decisions about Sophie's injury and Naeem's behaviour.

The students discover who they'll be facing at York Hall. Following visits back home, there's a drop in fitness and the intensity of training takes its toll on Idris's team.

Idris's fighters finally enter the ring for their first ever amateur bouts.
