Riots are breaking out in Turaqistan after an American corporation owned by the former US Vice President assumes power. Hoping to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the upheaval, the corporation hires a troubled hit man to kill off its main competitor, a Middle Eastern oil magnate. However, things get complicated when the ruthless killer falls in love with a left-wing reporter.
