Idol Incidents (Original Japanese Version)

With the sudden passing of the Niigata representative Tonomura, his seat in the Diet is up for grabs. Clumsy country girl Hoshina Natsuki signs up for the position, running under the Heroine Party.

Natsuki wants to help Ryusekidou Chinatsu of the Sunlight Party fight off pollution in her hometown, but she has a bit of a complicated history with Onimaru Shizuka.

Nekonoshima is an island known for being filled with cats, but the cats have gone missing. Natsuki and the Party investigate.

A spat during a during a Diet session leads to the Idol Dietwomen facing petty retribution during a swimsuit competition. They respond in a way that only Idol Dietwomen can.

Natsuki becomes the Chief for a Day at the local police station. She negotiates with hostage takers at Kamekame Preschool.

The New Subculture Party tries to launch a bottle rocket event at the Diet building, but Dietman Inagawa returns with his usual obstructionism. The Heroine Party lends the New Subculture Party a hand.

The government, along with Onimaru Developments, headed by Shizuka's father, wants to build a stadium in Niigata, but the locals aren't happy with the proposal.

A TV station affiliated with the Rougai Party brings Natsuki and Shizuka onto a talk show for a gotcha interview.

The Rougai Party begins a massive smear campaign against the Idol Dietwomen. Shizuka tries to bring the idol parties together to fight back.

The Idol Dietwomen are hard at work, preparing for a competition against Cherry 7.

The Idol Dietwomen await the results of a referendum which may end their careers.

The live event is a bust, but neither Natsuki nor Shizuka are willing to go down that easily -- nor is anyone else.
