As Lydia suffers from mood swings from her pregnancy, a family photoshoot causes a rift with Matthew. Amid his feud with Lydia, Dunk's wife Poupae finds herself caught in the middle, while Aerin hits a few snags during wedding planning.

As Lydia and Matthew put their differences aside after a big fight, Aerin's health scare leads to further tension with Ben. Later, the group takes a trip to Phuket, where Lydia, Matthew and Aerin express concerns about Ploy's relationship with Claudine.

After things come to a head with Aerin, Ben visits a fertility clinic, where the rest of the boys decide to get checked out as well. Later, Lydia tasks Matthew with confronting Ploy, while Ducky and her husband Dom consider moving out.

On a family trip to Chiangmai, Matthew revisits his long-time goal of monkhood, which worries the heavily-pregnant Lydia. Then, the family finally learns of Ducky and Dom's plans to move out.

While waiting patiently for Matthew's return, a very pregnant Lydia feels the pressure to make Aerin's bachelorette party perfect. Then, as Matthew returns with a strengthened commitment to Lydia and his family, Aerin and Ben's big day arrives.
