This series will take a look at those people whose jobs entail having to deliver news or deal with difficult situations where the recipient is less than happy. Losing it reveals a side of people that is not always very flattering. Anger, nerves fraying and tempers flaring are the emotions all of our recipients deal with on a daily basis.
