Reiko has finally started living together with Tetsuya. They go to the public bath together, walk home together, but they’re not sleeping together in one futon. Shocked, Reiko yells, “this is not how I imagined living together!” and leaves Tetsuya’s apartment to work at a Chinese restaurant. Where will Reiko find her perfect “Love Palace”?

The two hearts are in love, but they don’t understand each other. Tetsuya’s ex-girlfriend, Junko, shows up. Tetsuya feels he’s being played by Reiko, unable to understand her behavior. He’s moved by Junko’s pure affection and leaves Reiko. Reiko, wanting to believe that “Tetsuya is just using Junko before he makes his move on her,” goes to Junko’s apartment…

Tetsuya and Junko visits the transparent Reiko. Believing that a shock therapy will snap Reiko out of her shock, Tetsuya calls her rival, Ayame Kakitsubata. Ayame comes to see the transparent Reiko...

Surprisingly, Reiko used to be a timid, shy girl in kindergarten. Uzumaki, a young maid for the Shiratori family, tries to protect Reiko but is hurt when she is targeted by bullies instead of Reiko. Reiko swears to be stronger. Her baby talk is cured as well. One day, the neighborhood bully, Tetsuya, admits he likes her. But Reiko laughs it off by saying, “as if I’ll ever like a boy like you!”

Reiko’s rival, Ayame Kakitsubata, is in love. She has fallen for Tetsuya’s friend, Aoki, who is working construction in her neighborhood. The usual stuck-up Ayame has transformed into a girl hopelessly in love with Aoki. Touched by Ayame’s admission, Reiko decides to help her. But Reiko’s strong belief of "one-sided love is the ultimate love" causes things to take an unexpected turn. What will...

Reiko’s new rival appears. A 16-year old Aoi Nakamori, a girl Tetsuya is tutoring. While acting as an innocent high school girl, she’s eagerly waiting for her opportunity to be Tetsuya’s girlfriend. Angered by the fact Tetsuya cancelled the long awaited Okinawa trip, Reiko goes back to her parents’ home saying she will accept the marriage meeting.

Papa and Mama warmly welcome Reiko back and move forward with the marriage meeting. Aoi moves in with Tetsuya after Reiko left, but Tetsuya is inattentive as his mind if filled with Reiko.
