In El Paso, Texas, outdoor enthusiast Raheim Robinson coaches new mom and aspiring mountain biker Isabel Stretton as she rides through the rocky desert descents in the Franklin Mountains. They also take a quick detour in Asheville, where they check out Citizen Vinyl, a record-pressing plant and vinyl shop, and go tubing on the world's third oldest river.

In North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, boulderer Raheim Robinson helps former disc golf champ Brett McCall rediscover his love of bouldering following a near-fatal accident. Raheim and Brett also take a thrilling zip-lining tour over the canopy, then check out the local brews for a menu inspired by the forest.

Near Colorado National Monument, Raheim Robinson teaches amateur weightlifter Jaime Cheng how to leverage her strength at the rock climbing gym in preparation of the Millennium Falcon, a red sandstone overhang. In Rabbit Valley, they rip through epic desert trails alongside the Colorado River on off-road vehicles.

At Lunch Loops in Grand Junction, Colorado, mountain biker Raheim Robinson keeps young actor Shaquille Mathurin on his toes as they conquer switchbacks, rock gardens, and steep drops. They also try Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) in the nearby Colorado River, then dig into some delicious local cuisine at Bin 707.

In the mile-high alpine forests near Grand Junction, Colorado, mountain biker Raheim Robinson encourages IT analyst Bill Peterson to get back on the bike following an accident that left him with multiple broken bones several years ago. In addition, they ride ski lifts, kayak lakes of snow melt, and sip lavender gin.

Touring Delaware, adventurer Raheim Robinson pushes Tatyana Arrington to her limits above the trees.
