Akito and Mimane have joined the troubleshooters office, and will be helping Kazuya and his friends with exorcising troublesome amasogi. The only problem is that they're also secretly part of the group that has been causing amasogi incidents!

Assassins from the tsukumogami village, Mayoiga, have come looking to kill Kukuri. Kazuya and Kiriha team up with Akito, Mimane, and Taguri to defend their regional goddess.

While Kazuya and his friends recover from the attack, Akito's group return to Mayoiga and learns that their village of masterless tsukumogami are running out of time.

Miurahi, the house tsukumogami who served as the foundation for Mayoiga, has awakened. He leads the small army of masterless tsukumogami towards the town of Kamioka so that they can kill Kukuri and take the source of her powers.

Kazuya and Kiriha are faced with an unexpected foe from their past. And their chances of winning seem to be incredibly slim...
