Sadia's happily married life is turned upside down when a slight misunderstanding forces Ahmer to divorce her. Meanwhile, Sadia's sister Zoobia grew jealous and is adamant about ruining her sister's life. Written by Sameena Aijaz and directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain, Yaariyan is a story of love, hatred and revenge starring, Junaid Khan, Ayeza Khan, Muneeb Butt and Momal Sheikh in lead roles.

Hamid tries to strangle Sadia however Zoobia intervenes and saves her. Umair is worried about Zoobia's wellbeing while Zeenat is dubious of Umair's behavior.

Sadia visits Ahmer and convinces him to come to the hospital thinking that Zoobia might clarify the misunderstanding. After Ahmer ruins Sadia's life in a second, Zeenat begins to believe Sadia.

As few months pass by, Hamid intends to get Sadia married to Umair. Aliya is diagnosed with cancer and Umair finds out about it.

Zoobia finds out about Sadia and Umair's marriage and humiliates Sadia a lot. Zoobia's control over the house becomes evident while Zeenat stands with Sadia.

Umair misbehaves with Sadia while Zoobia tries to sympathize with Umair for her own benefit. Sumbul goes out with one of his friends however Sadia sees them together and informs Umair about it.

Sadia visits Zoobia and assures her that Umair is not a loyal man. Upon Aliya's request, Sadia and Umair go out shopping however Zoobia is enraged after learning about it.

Umair shows a picture of him and Zoobia to Sadia. Aliya calls Sahir and persuaded him to bring his family for Sumbul's proposal.

Several misunderstandings between Sadia and Umair begin to affect their personal relationship. Sahir's father and Mahira are worried about Sahir's future.

Sahir's family visits Sumbul to give her a surprise and fix the wedding date. Abida is reluctant to marry as he is still in love with Zoobia.

As Ahmer and Zoobia are out shopping, they coincidentally meet Umair and Sadia that leave all four of them with mixed feelings. Ahmer asks Hamid to forgive Umair and Sadia.

Zeenat goes out to meet Sadia in secrecy. Umair tells Sumbul about Ahmer and Sadia's past relationship. Hamid is unable to forgive her own daughter.

Zoobia tries to make Hamid understand Sadia's situation and persuades him to forgive her. Hamid creates unnecessary drama at the wedding of Ahmer and Zoobia that forces Sadia to leave.

Zoobia accidentally takes Umair's name in front of Zeenat and then tries to cover up. Umair and Aliya argue about Sadia while Aliya is strictly advised by doctors to take the necessary treatments.

Aliya is upset with Sadia for not informing her about her past marriage with Ahmer. After Sadia is hospitalized due to high blood pressure, Umair realizes his mistake of accusing Sadia.

Sadia makes Umair understand that he is the father of her child. Umair feels ashamed of his behavior with Sadia and issues an apology.

On the wedding day, Zoobia begins to reconsider her decision and regrets getting married to Ahmer. Zeenat invites Sadia and Umair for dinner however Hamid gets upset.

Zoobia plans to go out with Umair alone however Umair tries to maintain his distance. Zoobia plans on provoking Umair and Sadia against each other. Hamid is still unable to accept Sadia.

In order to meet Umair, Zoobia creates a false drama around her accident while continues to mislead Sadia about Umair.

Zoobia's plan to mislead both Umair and Sadia becomes successful as tensions between them arise. Zeenat calls Aliya and Umair for dinner where Sadia gets insulted by Umair.

Umair and Zoobia manage to escape Ahmer while Zeenat is suspicious of Zoobia's whereabouts. Aliya tries to clear the misunderstandings between Umair and Sadia.

Zoobia tries to contact Umair and provoke him against Sadia. Umair takes Sadia to Zeenat's house where he unravels the reality and Zoobia's lie is exposed.

Ahmer and Abida are sad to learn about Zoobia's reality. Hamid doesn't get a chance to ask for forgiveness from Sadia. Aliya asks Umair and Sadia to get a DNA test done.

Zoobia visits Ahmer's place to collect her things where she provokes Abida as well. Aliya's health condition deteriorates while asks for her forgiveness.
