Before her sister's wedding, real estate agent Lisa is in competition with handsome developer Matthew who wants to buy her family's historic estate. Lisa is wary of anyone with plans to destroy the legacy of her family home, but will Matthew be able to convince her that his intentions are good, as they work together to try and convince the city council that the estate has historical significance.
