Family Court with Judge Penny

Vanessa wants her younger brother, Roger, to pay $,1400 in back rent after he moved in with her then suddenly left despite their prior agreement. Judge Penny hears the sad story of how Vanessa's husband suddenly died when she was pregnant.

Andrea sues her younger sister, Adazjia, for back rent totaling $1,050. Andrea claims her younger sister is unemployed, too carefree and irresponsible which is why Adazjia was kicked out of their parents' home.

Nicole sues her husband, Alebee, for a spousal agreement to get him to be more financially ambitious and responsible for the upkeep of their home. Alebee says he's doing the best he can after being laid off from his previous job.

Janae sues her husband, Brandon, to get him to stop spending money on car parts fueling his need to drag race. Janae tells Judge Penny how Brandon abandons the family late at night to go racing with his friends.

Natalie sues her older sister, Kristina, for $800 worth of possessions. Natalie says Kristina ran away from home and avoided the police and private investigators her parents hired to find her.

Latasha is suing her younger sister, Krystle, for the $600 she says her sister agreed to pay her for babysitting her child. Krystle says that there was no oral contract made and therefore shouldn't have to pay her sister.

Kiera wants an agreement from her mom, Victoria, that will make Victoria eat and live healthier. Kiera tells Judge Penny how Victoria is the leader of the family, but her health is deteriorating because of her bad diet and lack of exercise.

Single mom, Elizabeth takes her teenage son, Roman, to court seeking an agreement to get Roman to spend more time with her. Elizabeth claims her son spends an unhealthy amount of time studying and playing basketball.

Marylou sues her younger sister, Stefanie, for the $589 missing from their jewelry business. Marylou says Stefanie purposely took merchandise from their business, sold it and then used the money to pay for tattoos.

Bayan is suing his cousin, Asa, for the money he says he is owed from the sale of their joint website. Asa claims he was doing all the work and shouldn't have to pay Bayan anything.

Kedra brings her son Marclare to court after finding out Marclare has put up a social networking ad with provocative pictures of his mother including her address and phone number.

Jessica sues her younger sister, Jill, for money Jessica claims is still owed on a car. Judge Penny finds out that their often troubled relationship can be traced back to childhood issues.

Shirley is suing her sister, Yazmin, for the return of a computer that Yazmin took and has claimed as her own. Yazmin claims Shirley didn't need the computer when it was broken but now that Yazmin has fixed it, she wants it back.

Felicia is suing her daughter, Sabrita, for the $735 she spent on her daughter's phone bills and clothing. Sabrita claims it is her mother's responsibility to take care of her and pay the bills.

Marion is suing her sister, Meagan, for money she says her sister owes her for a car rental on a joint road trip they took. Meagan says she did all the driving and has taken care of her sister for years so her sister should pay for the car rental.

Jeremy claims his cousin, Daniel, owes him $400 for work he did on a video shoot. Daniel says he doesn't owe his cousin a dime as he never agreed to pay $400 and he fired Jeremy.

Two party-going cousins wind up in court when one uses the other's ID when pulled over by the police. Judge Penny tells them that the party's over and now someone has to pay.

Dana sues her brother, Chadd, for the $250 she loaned him to buy tires for his car. Dana says she was worried about Chadd driving his 1-year-old son around on bald tires so she "loaned" him the money.

Go-go dancer Bonghabih sues her younger brother, Giyoh, for the $500 she says he borrowed from her to pay his rent. Giyoh says it was never mentioned that the money would be repaid.

Maria claims her sister-in-law, Sharee, stole her sunglasses business and owes her $500. Sharee says she doesn't owe Maria any money because she was trying to help Maria's business.

Louisa wants her adopted and unemployed brother, Derek, to get off the couch and find a job. After her mom's death, Louisa agreed to let Derek move into her mom's house with her and her mom's 9 cats.
