In the series premiere, international action star MAGGIE Q stars as the rogue Nikita, who is determined to bring down the very agency that trained her to be an assassin.

Percy and Michael take their latest assignment into protective custody, but Nikita finds their hideout and attempts to thwart their plan. Alex is activated earlier than expected.

Nikita rescues Jill (JULIE GONZALO) -- a journalist trying to expose a conspiracy involving Division and a major plane crash. Amanda interrogates Birkhoff.

Nikita revisits her past when she posed as a nanny for an influential government official -- and decides to right the wrong of his death. During the mission, Michael comes to Nikita's rescue and begins to doubt Percy's motives. Back at Division, while undergoing basic training, Alex suffers from a panic attack which prompts Amanda to break her of claustrophobia.

Division operative Owen (DEVON SAWA) escapes from a bank robbery and becomes a fugitive. Alex attempts to warn Nikita, but she is busted by Thom. The two share an intimate moment.

A bus filled with Division recruits is attacked by terrorists who kidnap Alex and Thom, both of whom are unaware that this is a test by Division. Percy, Michael and Amanda watch as Alex is tortured. Alex breaks free and contacts Nikita for help. Meanwhile, Nikita has earned Owen's (recurring guest star DEVON SAWA) trust and he reveals some devastating news to Nikita about her fiancé.

Alex informs Nikita that one of the recruits has been activated to carry out a suicide mission. Nikita intercepts the recruit just as Michael arrives, and the two sides exchange gunfire. Meanwhile, back inside the walls of Division, another recruit decides to attack several guards, creating mass chaos.

If a U.S. senator agrees to help pass a bill that will continue to fund Division, the agency will cover up the senator's secret affair. Nikita attempts to expose the sex scandal.

Nikita and Michael temporarily team up to kill a terrorist. Alex is caught going through medical files inside Division and creates a lie about Jaden, almost blowing her cover.

Percy frames a C.I.A. agent, Ryan (Noah Bean). Nikita and Owen (DEVON SAWA) go to Chile in an effort to rescue Ryan from mercenaries, but they end up getting captured.

Alex is sent on her first kill mission. Birkhoff discovers the shell program that has been used to connect to Nikita in the outside world. Nikita is captured by Division.

Nikita realizes Division has implanted a kill chip in Alex's head, who is now an agent, given a cover job and invited to a party by her new neighbor, Nathan (THAD LUCKENBILL).

Alex's first assignment is a group mission to kill the Prince of Georgia at a museum gala. After Alex tells Nikita about the order, the two devise a plan to foil the assassination. However, Nikita trusts the wrong person and their plans are foiled, resulting in a stand-off and Division is alerted that Nikita is in the building. Percy sends Michael in to kill Nikita.

To help Ryan (NOAH BEAN) with a mission, Nikita must resume an old identity she had while undercover at Division. MATTHEW MARSDEN guest stars.

While out on a mission, Alex runs into Irina (KSENIA SOLO), a woman from her past, and tries to help her. When Irina double-crosses Alex, it's she who needs saving.

Alex is sedated to help her heal after her last mission, but Amanda takes advantage of Alex's drugged condition to question her. One of Nikita's contacts double-crosses her.

Michael confronts Nikita in her lair and reveals that he knows Alex is the mole. He tells Nikita that she has 24 hours to find Kasim (recurring guest star HAAZ SLEIMAN -- Nurse Jackie), the man who killed Michael's family, or he will tell Percy about Alex.

Nikita goes to London with Owen (DEVON SAWA) to retrieve one of Percy's black boxes; there, the two disagree about what to do with it. Amanda hooks Alex up to a lie detector.

Alex and Jaden are assigned an overseas mission, but when things go awry, Alex must decide whether to try and save the mission ... or herself. EDI GATHEGI guest stars.

When Nikita goes to a small town after one of Percy's black boxes, she is shocked to find the guardian of the box has abandoned her post and is attempting to live a normal life.

After Michael learns that Percy has ordered Divison to kill anyone who could decrypt the black boxes, he sends Nikita in to save the last person on the list, a CIA cryptographer named Malcolm (guest star RICH SOMMER -- Mad Men). Nikita kidnaps Malcom and takes him to Ryan (recurring guest star NOAH BEAN) for protection. Meanwhile, Percy turns on Alex.

In an explosive season finale, Percy makes a move to take over the CIA, Alex goes rogue and Michael gets trapped inside Division, making him unable to help Nikita ... who may have to pay with her life for helping Alex.
