In the rival villages of Chepalawada and Matsyawada, fishermen journey to Sangrol for the fishing season. On their way to the fishing port in Gujarat, a violent scuffle breaks out among the men, causing some to be thrown off the train. Will they make it to the port on time and join this year’s fishing expedition?

Badiri and the fishermen begin their expedition with a bad omen, and they are given two rundown boats unfit for the deep sea. Ganga, a passionate teacher in the coastal village, is torn between her love for Badiri and her fears for her brother Chinna, entangled in illegal activities.
