Mallikarjun is an under cover cop whose assignment is to crack-up Daddy, a big don. Chandu is a cop who gives all the information about police to Daddy, while Mallikarjun passes the details about Daddy's business to police. Both, Mallikarjun and Chandu land in danger of being caught and exposed to the enemy. How they uncover each other's identity to save themselves forms the plot of Homam.
