One day an Ultra sign, an emergency signal for the Ultra Heroes, flashed in the starry sky of the Land of Light. It said that something was happening at the Monsters Graveyard where the spirits of dead Kaiju rest. While Ultraman Mebius headed out to rescue Hikari, Zoffy, the captain of the Space Guard, led the Ultra Warriors to the Monsters Graveyard.

Ultraman Mebius and the mysterious warrior Mechazam reached to the flame valley to seek for the "Giga-Battlenizer", a key item to help captive Ultraman Taro and Ultraman Ace. However, EX Zetton was awaiting there as a gatekeeper.
