Brothers Ultraman begins now! The peaceful city of Ayase is suddenly attacked by a monster, Grigio Bone. Select shop "Quattro M" staff and sons of Minato Ushio, the Minato Katsumi and Isami brothers, are embroiled in this fire-breathing monster's rampage. When they thought it were the end... gaining the power to transform into Ultraman, the story of the brothers and their family begins...

While younger brother Isami is ecstatic about his new powers, elder brother Katsumi on the other hand was in fear of this great power. The brothers' opinions collide. Little sister Asahi and her trademark phrase "Happy!", brings peace between the brothers with her smile and also candy. But yet another monster appears and Isami is trapped under rubble, unable to move!

The three siblings visit President Makoto Aizen of the enterprise "Aizentech" in Ayase city, and enjoy experience the most advanced technology. There, they are surprised to learn that their missing mother had been working together with President Aizen on some research in the past. Meanwhile, Gargorgon appears in the city.

Katsumi was a well-known pitcher during his high school years. He unwillingly turned down the offer to play professional in order to support his family, and now willingly trying to set a retirement match for his sandlot baseball team's head coach. But his injuries from previous battles affects his pitching, and head coach gives him a few words.

Yuha Ninomiya, with her passion for flight, continued to fail and injur herself with her wings invented in college. Nagisa Isami gets involved with his classmate's reckless challenge and both aim high for the sky, until storm-producing monster Guebasser appears. Komane is back! Her name is Kaoru Komaki. an ex-cop who Katsumi and Isami were very fond of as children. Friend and foe, they are excited to meet for the first time in 4 years. But soon enough, she is captured by Mecha Gomora. How will the brothers face this strong and sturdy monster?

Younger brother, Isami, can't transform into Ultraman Blu!? Thinking of how he could have had his childhood benefactor killed during the recent battle, Isami is stricken with horror. Knowing his little brother's conflict, Kazami faces the monster alone. Can Isami stand up again to confront the enemy!

The Ultraman brothers, Rosso and Blu, are praised by the citizens as protectors of Ayase city. But there is one person who cannot forgive them two; he is the city's superstar, Makoto Aizen. He invites the brothers out of the blue and hands a little "something". Then with an impact, a dark figure of Ultraman Orb is born!

The brothers Katsumi Minato and Isami Minato was defeated completely by Ultraman Orb Dark. After that, Orb Dark started to take hold in the minds of people in Ayaka city. What was the answer the brothers come up, with after keenly feeling their immaturity? What is the true aim of Orb Dark? The return match of the furious brothers, Ultraman Rosso and Blu, begins!

Minato went out on a picnic with his family. Taking break from the battles, brothers Katsumi and Isami enjoyed a rare day off with their family. When spending peaceful time, they have made up their mind again that they need to protect their family. At the very time, "that guy" suddenly appeared in from of them again breaking the peace.

When people were in despair after the brothers Ultraman were defeated by monster Horoboros, a real hero appeared. The name is　"Ultraman Orb Dark Noir Black Schwartz"! The brothers Ultraman, Katsumi and Isami, stands up to stop a plot hidden behind the fine showings by Orb Dark. However, a girl in black with blue eyes appears...

The mysterious girl with blue eyes appears here and there unexpectedly. Makoto Aizen is in a big hurry for the monster Horoboros being uncontrolled. The brothers' Father Ushio is in a contemplative mood praying for peace for his family. Their sister Asahi discovers the truth. What does the brothers Ultraman, Katsumi and Isami have to protect?

Sister Asahi pressed hard to brothers Katsumi and Isami, claiming "it is not happy that she does not know the secret." Katsumi and Isami told her the memories of the intence battles, the encounter with R/B Gyro, all the crises and their growth overcoming these challenges...

Asahi Minato was upset to the words "who are you?" from her father, Ushio Minato. She meets the mysterious girl Saki Mitsurugi, and that made her come up with something... After Saki dissapeared in a sudden as usual, Asahi found there was two R/B crystals in front of her. When the brothers saw that, they started arguing again due to their differences on opinion!

Defeated by enermy Grigio King transformed by the the "mad hero" Makoto Aizen, brother Ultraman Katsumi and Isami was fighting even harder. They stood before Grigio King but their combination is awful, leading them being bombed dreadfully by the Bombing Bone Monster.

Asahi left home! She made the decision because she could not find evidence supporting that she is a part of the Minato family. When she is lost in identity, the mysterious girl Saki Mitsurugi gave her some words that went into her heart. Is she a friend or enermy? Meanwhile, Transparent Monster Neronga appears to rip apart the family's bond!

On the day of Halloween, two beings from different planets across the universe are both troubled: alien Dada couldn't find guests to attend a party, while Asahi couldn't find a place to hold a party. When the two met, they plans to hold a fantastic party together - until Dada finds out that Asahi is the sister of the two Ultraman! Would the party be successfully held?

Alien Mefilas, the director of space channel NPTV, is looking for a solution to save the low ratings. When Saki Mitsurugi's declaration of using Earth as a bomb to defeat Leugocyte went into his ears, he sees it as the perfect chance. With the tragedic fate of the Earth serving as the background, they decided to make a feature program of Ushio Minato,

Asahi was captured into the body of Space Robot King Joe! Her brothers, Katsumi and Isami, met Saki Mitsurugi during the search for their sister. Although they still don't trust in Saki, they decided to work together for the same goal: save Asahi. There are only 10 minutes left before Asahi became the victim of King Joe. Will the brothers be able to save Asahi from the super robot?

The R/B Gyros was taken away from the brothers Ultraman by Saki Mitsurugi. From their sister, Asahi, the brothers learnt the past of Saki. Katsumi tries to feel for Saki, while Isami is filled with anger. At the very moment, monster Gomora appears! Before the brothers could get their R/B Gyros back, Saki transforms into Dreadnought Monster Grand King Megaloth and stand in their way.

The battle between the brothers Ultraman and the monster transformed by Saki Mitsurugi ended in a draw, with both of them injured. However, soon after the battle, Saki came to Quattro M, where the brothers Ultraman live in. Katsumi tried to convince Saki to put their powers together and save Earth, while on the other hand, Saki showed no interest in that idea.

The brother Ultramans' mother finally came back from another dimention! Although Kamisori Demaaga came with her by accident, she was able to run away from the monster and meet her family for the first time after 15 years. While Ushio was filled with joy, the brothers felt something strange.

The great destructive monster Leugocyte finally arrived on Earth! The brothers' mother, Mio, tried to seal Leugocyte into a blank crystal and the plan worked out. While Mio was just about to throw them away to the other dimention, she was interrupted by Saki, who insists to destroy Leugocyte completely. The Minato brothers decided to save both Earth and Saki.

Leugocyte finally showed its real powers, destroying the city. Saki Mitsurugi transformed into Grigio Regina and fought with Leugocyte. Absorbing the power of every crystal she owns, Saki made herself into a bomb and decides to blow herself up to stop Leugocyte. However, the brothers Ultraman appears in front of her. What action will Saki take?
