Harman goes from civilian to a student at the INS Satavahana, India's only submarine school. There his studies include survival exercises, morning drills, escape training and learning how to conquer his fear.

Harman Singha has achieved the psychical appearance, but there is still a long way to go. Harman and his buddy go through classes to understand the world of submarines before delving into the real world of the subs.

Harman Singha is finally through submarine school and heads out to report to INS Sindhukirtifor for his first submarine sortie. He learns about the immense amount of preparation that happens before a submarine casts off.

With all preparations in place, and all final checks done, INS Sindhukirti is all set to cast off. Harman experiences life underwater with its drills, toilet troubles and various orders keeping him on his toes.
