Between the Sky and Sea

Soramachi Haru has dreamed of becoming one of the first-ever space fisherwomen, so that she can feed her beloved grandma her favorite sushi dishes. But she never expected it to go like this!

Following the disastrous debut expedition for their squad, the girls get together and begin training in earnest.

Haru and Namino must work together for the girls' squad to have any chance in the upcoming test. However, Namino refuses to even fish with Haru, and so the gang comes up with an idea.

Ruby may have played a key role in securing the girls' squad's use of the Union pool, but the team has a hard time accepting her childish and sometimes eccentric nature.

Makoto has been keeping something a secret from the rest of the girls' squad, but it unexpectedly ends up coming to light.

Maiko's reason for joining the girls' squad and aiming to be a space fisher is different from the rest, and she's unable to keep up with training and starts thinking about quitting.

The girls' squad finally receives their official permit to go space fishing. But Makiko has a problem with the lineups Narumi chooses.

City Hall accepts a request from a TV station which wants to film the girls' squad for a documentary. Namino and Haru end up being chosen to represent the squad, but can they really work together?

With a short summer break coming up, the girls decide to stay behind and take in Namino's place and the local summer festivities. But during the festival, Ruby loses something very important to her.

Maiko feels responsible for Ruby's getting hurt trying to save her, and she ends up making a drastic choice.

Makiko heads to Tokyo to confront her father. Meanwhile, Kazamatsuri's squad is stranded in Tank 99 and requires immediate rescue...

The girls' squad reaches the tank in their rescue op for Kazamatsuri and Kagitani, but things aren't going to be easy.
