Jun, who was caught in a chase between Blue Cop and Mega Trucker, manages to obtain Metal Breath and searches for its true identity. By chance, Blue Cop appears when Metal Breath is activated!

The town is thrown into chaos because of Mega Trucker, who can't help but dance when he hears music, Jun teams up with Blue Cop for the first time and successfully seals Mega Trucker.

Jun must prove that Metal Cardbot is not a bad guy in order to clear up Edo's misunderstanding. However, Edo wants Blue Cop to leave the town, and Jun, who finds out about this, goes to find Blue Cop.

Rumors spread among the students that a black ambulance picks up people and disappears, and a few days later, Teo is taken away by the black ambulance. Anna, who witnessed this, alerts Jun, and Jun and Blue Cop goes to rescue Teo.

An incident occurs where a fire truck travels around extinguishing all the fires. As people starts to suffer, Jun lures the fire truck to the school and summons Metal Cardbot with Metal Breath to stop Phoenix Fire.

Jun experiences strange event where a transparent figure following him on the way to school and after school. Blue Cop, who discovers the identity of this figure, finds Metal Cardbot Shadow X and attempts to seal it with Jun but fails, hoping for success next time.

After the defeat in the previous battle, Jun undergoes special training with Ed's jet engine to seal Shadow X. During the training, Shadow X destroys the jet engine and charges forward, initiating another battle with the Metal Cardbots.

Tomorrow is Jun's birthday. Due to the sudden appearance of Anna, who came to congratulate Jun on his birthday, they try not to expose the Metal Cardbots, but a commotion among the robots ensues. Eventually, Anna comes face-to-face with the Metal Cardbots.

Jun and Blue Cup discover a meteor falling towards Mou Town. In order to change the trajectory of the meteor, they remotely adjust the escape portal, but when one fragment heads towards a residential area, Jun and the Metal Cardbots move towards the residential area.

Worried that the trailer inside the crashed escape portal might be dangerous, Blue Cop tries to hide the trailer along with Jun. While attempting to conceal the trailer, Heavy Iron obstructs them, and at that moment, another Metal Cardbot appears, swinging its sword.

While Jun was contemplating the identity of the Metal Cardbot that helped him, a truck overtakes him from the side. Someone from the driver's seat observes Jun. The next day, Crest, who transferred to their school, discovers Jun's Metal Brace and shows interest in it.

After being defeated by Wild Guardy, Blue Cup experiences a shock and has nightmares of parting ways with Jun. Ed conducts special training in response to this. Meanwhile, while playing a game, Jun discovers a hidden secret of the Metal Breath and informs Blue Cop about it.

At a construction site, Vance and Lavi encounter a monster and flee. The monster is Metal Cardbot Dexter. Due to Crest, Jun is unable to summon the Metal Cardbots. However, at that moment, Wild Guardy emerges and attacks Dexter!

As the explosion creates a hole in the road and the casualties increase due to the sinking accident, Phoenix Fire investigates the situation. They discover Dexter, who is destroying the road to protect the animals. Jun devises a plan to persuade Dexter.

As Vera's Metal Cardbot videos gain popularity, she organizes a fan meeting. Shortly after, the sound of a jet engine approaches the designated meeting place. Blue Cop, who notices this, evacuates the people and confronts Fleta Z alongside Jun.

Upon learning that Vera is meeting Fleta Z again, Jun heads towards the park. Although he wins the battle, Fleta Z manages to escape, resulting in a failed sealing attempt. Theo and Shadow X inform Jun about Fleta Z's secrets and whereabouts.

As part of their promise, Wild Guardy shares a story from the past and expresses the dream of becoming the king of Metal Cardbots before concluding the tale. Jun states that Wild Guardy must become a teammate obediently if it wants to join them and initiates a battle.

Crest explains to Jun that Heavy Iron is recovering from injuries through GPS transmitter signals. Jun attempts to seal the sleeping Heavy Iron, but suddenly an explosion occurs, and a massive pirate ship appears, parting the clouds.

The monster truck parked on the street, known as Buffalo Crush, transforms and absorbs electricity from an electric car before transforming back into a vehicle and roaming through the residential area. Yuri, who is preparing for a farewell party, discovers the monster truck.

The Shadow Gang gathers in a warehouse at the harbor to seize Metal Breath, attempting to steal it using mini-robots but fails. The pirate ship hovering above, which had been observing, disappears along with a statement that they will definitely get their hands on Metal Breath.

While Jun is bedridden with a cold, the pirate ship takes advantage of the situation and arrives at Jun's house. Welcoming them are Anna and Pleta Z. Black Hook, taken aback by the discovery of Metal Breath in Anna's possession, is left bewildered. But what is the true identity of the other Metal Breath?

Upon arriving at the Itar Plateau, Jun is marveling at the scenery when Teo informs him that Buffalo Crush is searching for him. Reflexively looking towards the road, Jun spots Buffalo Crush. He summons his Metal Cardbot and begins the battle.

Inside the warehouse, Buster Gallon defeats Black Hook and disappears along with a bomb. After learning about the warehouse explosion, Jun follows Buffalo Crush, and Buster Gallon confronts Jun, demanding that he hands over the Metal Breath while threatening him with the bomb.

A power outage occurs in Mou Town. Black Hook absorbs electricity at the substation, and despite Jun's attack, Black Hawk overpowers the Metal Cardbots. Just as Jun bravely stands his ground, Metal Breath begins to emit a faint light.
