Following the Mall Rats' war against the Technos, Lex and Pride search for their missing friends. Ebony questions her sanity after having haunting visions of Zoot. Mega and Java plot in secret. Salene is taken prisoner. Ram is rescued by Slade, a mysterious stranger. Can he truly be trusted?

The city is in chaos with no power available and sightings of Zoot continue both inside the Mall and out. Slade and Ram take refuge in Ruby's saloon in Liberty. Lex and Pride continue to search for their friends. Mouse worries over Sammy who is struggling without Paradise.

Word of Zoot spreads fear throughout the city. Amber seeks information about Bray only to find that he has been deleted. Siva questions Lex's loyalty after he dreams of a previous love. Ram adjusts to life outside his comfort zone. Slade contemplates whether or not to leave Liberty.

Jack meets an unlikely friend inside a garbage bin. Siva helps Lex find information about Tai San. Mouse and Sammy fight. Ram attempts to escape. A distraught Ebony wants to leave the City.

A paranoid Ebony questions Jay's loyalties. Lex's search for Tai San causes conflict with Siva. Ram attempts to be friendly with Slade. Jack and Gel seek refuge in Liberty. Java preys on her sister's vulnerability.

The Zoot madness continues across the city. Slade attempts to give Ram a present. Jack leaves Gel to find food. Ebony is convinced that Zoot is returning and cuts ties with Jay. Lex searches for Ram. And all around - romance seems to be flourishing.

Lex arrives in Liberty and is reunited with Jack. Mega worries Jay's personal life is clashing with business. Salene confronts her captors. Ram plots revenge against Mega and Jay. May meets with Wizard and Stats. Ebony and her sisters band together.

After Pride is deleted, Stats stops working with Wizard. Salene escapes her prison. Jack, Lex and Gel return to the Mall. Ebony plans to marry Zoot - although he doesn't know it - yet.

Amber and Jay's relationship continues to evolve romantically. Ebony spreads fear and chaos throughout the city and Siva is concerned for her sister. Lex leads a mission to locate Ebony's new base. Mega bribes May.

May agrees to spy on the Mall Rats for Mega. Trudy and Salene leave the Mall to return Pride's amulet to the Eco tribe. Slade searches for computer equipment for Ram. Jack suspects that the Zoot appearances are holograms and begins looking for evidence with Lex and Jay.

Jack is disturbed after his encounter with Zoot. Amber and Salene bring the Ecos news of Pride. Ruby delivers Ram books in an attempt to keep his mind occupied. Mouse and Sammy take a photo of Zoot. Slade tries to persuade Ram to walk again.

Trudy and Jay decide to keep their relationship secret. The Mall Rats discover a threatening note for those responsible for Zoot's demise. Jack and Sammy search for the camera that was used to photograph Zoot and learn that things are not as they seem. Java and Mega meet in secret. Amber admits her love for Jay to Salene. Ruby and Slade become friendly with each other. Is romance on the cards?

Slade tells Ruby not to develop feelings for him but it may already be too late. The Mall Rats prepare for their meeting with Ebony. Lex visits Liberty on unfinished business and reveals Ram's true identity to Ruby. Amber and Salene return to the Mall - and discover interesting news.

Lex confronts Ram about Zoot's appearances but Ram has no knowledge. A confused Ellie is rescued by Zoot fanatics and taken to Java and Siva. Trudy is jealous when Amber and Jay catch up. Siva voices her concern for Ebony's mental state. Slade and Ram prepare to leave Liberty.

Java manipulates Ebony with Reality Space. Ram wants Lex deleted. Trudy is concerned about the state of her relationship with Jay. May flirts with Jack to learn information for Mega. Ruby takes Lex prisoner in the saloon.

Slade travels to the city, leaving Ruby with Ram and Lex who are at each other's throats. Amber walks in on Trudy and Jay in bed together. Siva voices her doubts about Zoot's return. Gel gives Mouse a makeover in an attempt to impress Sammy. Java and Ebony plan to use Ellie to their advantage.

Lex attempts to charm Ruby. Slade returns to Liberty with news of the Zoot madness in the city. Jay insists to Trudy he is committed to her. Jack realises Zoot's return coincides with a total solar eclipse. May continues spying for Mega. Java sends Ellie home to the Mall Rats with a sinister surprise.

Mega and Java clash after a major secret is uncovered, which causes Ebony and Siva to be suspicious. Lex and Ram go into the city to witness Zoot's return. Amber attempts to warn the city as the eclipse begins but is crushed by a panicked stampede.

Siva attempts to convince Ebony that Zoot was an actor. Lex and Ram get themselves in trouble with the crowds. Amber is brought back to the Mall to recover which places strain on Trudy and Jay's relationship. Mega orders Java to increase Ebony's Paradise dosage. Jay seeks help from Mega.

Jay stays by Amber's bedside as she lays unconscious. Java leads an assault on a checkpoint. Mega plans to build an electric fence. Slade visits Ebony in the night. And Ram is feeling pleased with himself as he plots to regain leadership of the Technos.

Mouse worries for Salene as she drowns her sorrows. Jay is outraged when he learns that Mega is barcoding the citizens of the city. Jack lies to a forgetful Ellie about their intimate history. Slade tells Ram his grand plan. Lex tells Ruby about Slade's interest in Ebony.

Siva catches Slade outside Ebony's window. Sammy attempts to escape from working. Ram makes progress on Slade's project. Java delivers prisoners to Mega for new troops. Lex disguises himself and journeys to the city to expose Mega. Ebony confronts the wrong sister as her mind begins to clear. Lex is captured and taken to the Zoo.

Mega queries Java on who Siva has been meeting. Ellie and Jack set up a camera after becoming suspicious of Gel using Jack's computer. Salene is caught drinking on the street, Siva tries to convince Ebony that Java is lying to her but is taken away by Java's guards. Mouse wants to live with the Eco tribe. Lex attempts to escape his prison.

Now aware of her manipulation, Ebony continues to act the part for Java. Amber confronts Mega over the mistreatment of work parties. Siva joins Lex as a prisoner at the Zoo and the pair scheme a plan to escape. The Mall Rats panic when they discover Mouse has left.

Amber meets with Ebony outside the safe zone and learns that Mega and Java have been working together. Slade keeps Darryl at the hospital. Java suspects that Ebony is becoming insane. Lex and Siva journey to Liberty and Siva is shocked to find Ram there. The Mall Rats confront May after Jack and Ellie learn of her spying.
