The team needs to build a wind turbine. However, it's a very windy day, and so the crew can't get the rotors to the site without being blown back!

The construction crew is going to demolish an old building. However, just as they're ready to start wrecking it, a cat hops inside and stops them.

A lion escapes the zoo and frightens the town's people. Digley finds him and sees the lion looks lost and scared. He comes up with a solution - using a ball to string to lure the lion over to a trailer.

The crew is modifying the construction site and building a canal along the edge. However, when they knock down the wall to the river, the water doesn't flow to the other end. Digley quickly hops up on top of a half-finished building to get a bird's eye view to see how they could solve the problem!

Mr. Rubble is very tired and puts the plans for today's building on the board upside down. The vehicles ended up building a house upside down, before finally working out what's wrong!

The construction crew are building a roundabout. However, as they dig to make the roundabout, they find some big old dinosaur bones and Digley is super excited.

The crew need to repair a broken bridge across a canyon. However, they struggle to reach across the gap. Dazey then has the idea to swing material across. With teamwork, the bridge is finished, but Mr Rubble doesn't want to stop swinging!

There are different holes in the scaffolding which the construction vehicles have to fill with the right shape. The last shaped hole is on the top of the scaffolding. And only Digley is small enough to get up there but is scared of heights!

The crew are just about to start the day when a fire alarm goes off!! A leftover spark catches on some old wood, and they have to fight the fire without Ashley. They all work together and save the HQ from catching fire - just in time for Ashley to return.

Digley and his friends are relayering a road. However, when Ashley the fire truck rushes through the cordon and gets stuck in it, it'll take all of Digley's friends to get him out again before it's too late.
