Welcome cadets! Today is all about friendship. You’ll hear the story of Naomi & Ruth, meet your leaders, as well as fellow Cadets Aiden, Lily, and Kat who will be learning along with you—with the help of Chow-Chow!

It’s time to stretch and get your heart pumping with Coach Dino, and rejoin Aiden, Lily, and Kat as they work to earn their star. Can they do it before the day is over?!

Goooooood morning, cadets! Hope you got a good night’s sleep, because today’s exploration of courage is going to be intense! We’ll explore the Bible story of David and Goliath to help us understand where true courage comes from, and hang out with Aiden, Lily, Kat, and Chow-Chow in the Hero Academy lab, too!

Welcome back! After practicing the anthem and a work-out with Coach Dino, we’ll rejoin Kat and the gang to see how it’s going with her fear of the dark. Hero Academy, here we come!

Today is all about making good choices, and we’ll hear the story of Esther! In the Hero Academy lab, Lily takes Aidan’s “orange juice” without asking. She probably won’t get caught, right? Plus, enjoy some awesome worship, bubbles, and a game of “Find My Dog Spot!”

The adventure continues at Hero Academy when Kat gets really sick from drinking... whatever it was Lily gave her! Will Lily make a good choice and tell the truth about it… or keep lying to protect herself? Plus there’s more fun with Coach Dino, a game of i-Spy with Steve, and more awesome worship! (And no, Hero Teleportation masks are not real!)

Welcome back, cadets! Today’s lesson on forgiveness focuses on the story Joseph in the book of Genesis! In the Hero Academy lab, Kat & Lily get in a fight about where to go today… and accidentally beam themselves to a random country-- WITHOUT Aidan! Oopsie.

The lesson of forgiveness continues with Kat and Lily still stuck in some random country. There’s no way that they’ll get out of this jam without prayer and forgiveness. Plus, you’ll see Coach and LT tell the story about “the popcorn pig” to help us better understand forgiveness.

Our Hero Academy kids almost finish sending Hero kits to kids around the world… when it’s time to do today’s “good works” mission. And bad news… it isn’t going well. You’ll also hear the story of Jesus ministry, the ultimate example of one who does “good works”!

In our last afternoon together, Chow-Chow offers to make the ultimate sacrifice, so that the cadets can complete sending out the hero kits. You might need a box of Kleenex for this final session, and we’ll close out the week with an extra-special worship session, highlighting so many of the special songs we praised God with this week!

Welcome, cadets! Last week was for younger kids, and now it's YOUR turn! In this session you’ll explore our first mission, "True Heroes Are Good Friends," beginning with the story of Ruth & Naomi, and then travel through the story of Hero Academy legend, Zoe. Also be ready for games, worship, and a Hero Showcase!

Our afternoon session picks up where we left off with MORE games, MORE worship, an excercise challenge with Coach Dino, and find out what’s going to happen to Zoe after she collapsed this morning. Can Carter really help her?

Welcome back, cadets! Your training continues with a deep dive into courage. We'll examine the story of David & Goliath, catch up with Zoe's origin story, and watch at LT goes to flight school. Just try not to laugh-- we dare you!

Our courage training continues with a Coach Dino work-out, more games and worship, some thoughts from LT on courage... and Zoe's big presentation at Hero Academy! (And no, we're not really selling Chow Chow dolls. It's fake. Hope it made you laugh, though!)

Decision Making time! Your training today is all about "good choices." Your various labs today will include some praise and worship, a look at the life of Queen Esther in the Bible, and the continuing adventures of Hero Academy legend, Zoe.(And BTW: Teleportation Masks are not real. Therefore, they are not really for sale.)

This afternoon's session includes some excercise, worship, games, even another Hero Showase! And Zoe gets into biiiiiiiig trouble when she causes a city-wide power outage! Will control of Hero Academy fall into the wrong hands? Also, you'll hear the testimonies of Captain Sylvia and Lt. Rich. It's going to be a great afternoon!

Today marks your most challenging session yet, cadets. We're learning about "Forgiveness" with the story of Joseph, and will continue on with Zoe's misadventures at the academy. And spoiler alert, things are not going well (still)!

Tensions flair even higher for Zoe and Dr. Q... can Ellie and Carter rescue them, and then practice a GIGANTIC amount of forgiveness? They're going to need it! Also LT opens up about a painful time in his life, and unlocks the truth about God's forgiveness.

Today's mission is the most important of all-- we saved the best for last! Learn how true heroes do good works through the ministry of Jesus Christ...and hear how Jesus is the greatest hero who ever lived.

It's time for your final mission, cadets! Synthesize everything you've learned this week and see how friendship, courage, good choices, forgiveness, and good works come together as followers of Jesus, in the life of Zoe in her origin story, and in your own life, too! We'll send you out singing, for sure!
