In order for you to be a great receiver, you must learn the proper technique for catching a football. Hand/eye coordination plays a big role in catching passes. With a good foundation, you will be able to make the simple catches along with the tough ones.

With this catch, you will use the technique of pinkies and elbows together in order to cradle the catch (like catching an egg).
