Hånd i hånd

When firefighter Anders and career woman Lise meet at random, they develop deep feelings for each other. But Anders is about to be with his ex and Lise plans to leave the country.

Lise has always been told that she cannot get pregnant. Yet that is exactly what happens. Anders and Lise are happy, but the relationship is put to the test when they move in together.

Their wedding day was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives. But Anders is disappointed with Lise's demand for a prenuptial agreement.

Everyday life intrudes and in an attempt to add a little romance, Anders takes Lise to the place where they celebrated their honeymoon. During couples therapy, they discover new things in each other.

Anders and Lise are united in their happiness of having a baby. But when Anders' mother comes to help with the baby, catastrophic problems arise.

It's Christmas time and Anders and Lise are going to spend the holidays with both Lise's father and Anders' parents. Lise's father is depressed while Anders' parents want to celebrate unbearably much.

Neither Anders nor Lise thought that it would end with them having to go into couples therapy, but when Anders is unfaithful, Lisa insists that they must seek help.

In an attempt to save the relationship, Anders and Lise decide to buy a house. To be able to afford it, they move in with two friends.
