A young psychiatrist (Julian Sands) attempts to find out why a young Italian woman (Giuliana De Sio) has become schizophrenic. A scandal ensues, as he begins to investigate her sexual past. Written by Furio Scarpelli, directed by Carlo Lizzani and also starring Milena Vukotic.
